The Iranian Kurdistan Association of upcoming Pen

Presentation of organization:

The Iranian Kurdistan Association of upcoming Pen  is an independent, intellectual and professional.

Second article

The Association’s goals:

·          To try organizing the intellectuals and paves the way for their cooperation with out any discrimination regarding their beliefs and ideas.

·          The association is a centre for those intellectuals who believes in freedom of though and civil society

·          The association believes that the scientific critics are the most effective tool for intellectuality. Critics and reviewing of the subjects and phenomena reinforces the power of enlightement, thus the association attempting to guide the existing establishments, organizations and their points of views towards the scientific and wisdom method of critics and dialog among the society.

·          To defend the professional right and demands of intellectuals as a whole

·          To strive to developed and enrichment of  Kurdish culture and language

·          To act a bridge between international and Kurdish intellectuality

Third article

The membership

According to the following conditions all intellectuals Kurd can become the member  of  IKAP

·          To be a writer or being active in a artistic or intellectual field

·          To accept the program and principles of IKAP

·          To pay membership fee

·          To apply for membership and becomes accepted by the IKAP

·          All Kurds intellectuals can become the member of IKAP

Forth article

Right and duties of members

All members have the equal in term of right and duties

a)      The right of members

·          All members are able to make critic and address the demands to IKAP and bring it about at the meetings

·          Every member has the right to be candid for any post in IKAP

·          Each member has the right to end own membership in IKAP

b)      Duties of members

·          Every member obliged to be loyal to the IKAP goals and trying to achieve them

·          To attend at IKAP´s meetings

·          Trying to perform the resolutions

·          To protect the documents, properties of IKAP

·          To be committed to the entirely regulations and programs

Fifth article

Punishment:

Each member who breaches the IKAP`s principles, or other membership’s condition will be dealt with in following way:

·          Warning tow ice, once oral and once writing

·          Exclusion

Sixth article

Organs of IKPA

a)      General conference : It is organized each six months and it is the highest organ of the IKAP, and has the following specifications

·          To make reform or change in the program and principles according to the majority votes

·          To enquire the leadership’s report

·          To make future’s activity plan for  IKAP

·          To elect the leadership’s committee in a hidden voting

NB. Extra ordinary conference will be held in case abnormality and if 2/3 of members request it

b)      The leadership committee:

·          Compromising 5 person, including three main members and to reserve members

·          This committee is the highest organ to carry out the resolutions between tow conferences, and it is responsible for organizing the IKAP committee and producing the six month’s report to the IKAP

·          The leadership committee holds normal meeting each month

c)       The committees

·          The relations/contact  committee

·          Financial committee

·          Art and technical committee

·          Evaluation committee

Seventh article

Financial possession

·          Financial assistance by individuals, civil and state organizations

·          Income of selling and other activities of IKAP

·          Abounement

Dissolvent of IKPA

The general conference has the right to dissolve the IKAP if 2/3 of participant vote for it
